On May 30, 2025, our partner TECNALIA is organizing a dynamic event* at the Energy Intelligent Center (Abanto Technology Park, Abanto, Bizkaia) to advance the integration of photovoltaic (PV) systems in architecture and construction. This event is part of a collaboration between two EU-funded projects, MASS-IPV and SEAMLESS-PV, both committed to accelerating the adoption of Integrated Photovoltaics (IPV) in Europe.
The event will feature a series of presentations and roundtable discussions with key stakeholders – PV manufacturers, system integrators, architects, regulatory experts, and fire safety professionals – who will share practical insights on the challenges and opportunities of integrating photovoltaics into building envelopes.

Participants will also have the opportunity to explore a photovoltaic product exhibition and attend a guided tour of the host building, which features integrated PV technologies. The tour will be led by the architectural firm and the PV manufacturer involved in the building’s renovation, offering firsthand perspectives on the implementation process.
